Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This stone foundation was leaking every time it would rain heavily in Coventry, RI. A partial WaterGuard system was installed so the homeowner could monitor the problem. We installed CleanSpace on the walls, tucking behind the WaterGuard. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier that would direct any water seeping from the walls into the underground drainage system and into the SuperSump on the other side of the basement.

This wet basement in Millville, MA had a sump pump system from another company that he didn’t fully trust, he was renovating and wanted to be confident his basement wouldn’t see the water it was before. When our inspector met with the owner, he was able to educate them on how water usually gets in and what our system would do to fix the issue. Our crew installed a TripleSafe sump pump in place of the previous system which includes a battery-operated backup pump in case of any power outages, instilling confidence in the owners new system!
