Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

In this Smithfield, RI basement, water was leaking in the area where they had recently added a patio, addition, and pool. After contacting DryZone for some help getting it under control, our inspector and the homeowners agreed that all those components put stress on the foundation and could see it caused a crack. For wall cracks we use our FlexiSpan system to seal up the crack and create a drain in case the seal doesn’t hold up, then the water would fall into that system and not the floor. The installation crew ends the repair with a layer of CleanSpace for a clean look and a little more added protection against leaks.

When this homeowner in Johnston, RI called our appointment center, he was telling us his basement water issue. With the sump pumps he already had, he was still seeing water on his floor!
