Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

A homeowner from East Freetown, MA noticed some water in his cement crawlspace. This water was carrying over moisture which was creating spots of mold growth. The more moisture, the worse it can get for homeowners, so that's why we encapsulated this crawlspace with CleanSpace vapor barrier! Protecting the crawlspace from moisture, this vapor barrier covers the whole ground of the whole ground. In addition, we installed SilverGlo wall insulation to act as a radiant heat barrier! 

This crawl space in Whitman, MA had a dirt floor that was letting in moisture from the outside environment. When the moisture kept seeping through, it caused the area to get very humid. To control the humidity levels more and eliminate the risk of mold growth and musty odors, we encapsulated the whole interior of this space with CleanSpace vapor barrier. That is why our production team took the time to install a TripleSafe sump pump and wrapped the corner up with CleanSpace vapor barrier. The TripleSafe will discharge any water seepage while the CleanSpace will block the moisture from getting in.
