Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

The tall crawlspace in the Westerly, Rhode Island property was very damp and dirty. There was water and dirt coming up from the ground causing mud. The project consisted of encapsulating the crawlspace and making sure it was safe from any moisture or water. A sump pump system was also installed as a precautionary measure.

After inspection, our crew did a wonderful job lining up the crawlspace wall with CleanSpace vapor barrier. This is our moisture controlling system that protects the crawlspace from pests, rot and mold! With this barrier in place, this homeowner can live with a peace of mind knowing she has a well protected crawlspace!

In the second photo you will see newly installed SilverGlo wall panels. They are two inches thick and provide water-resistance. They also act as insulation due to being infused with graphite powder to reflect heat.
