Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Our team helped out a customer in the town of Newtonville, Mass. There was high humidity in the basement and the air quality was not good. When it would rain there was some water that would stay on the floor after seeping through the cracks. With the help of Stephen Brennan, our system design specialist, they came up with a solution to keep the basement dry.

This home in Middletown, RI had a floor to ceiling crack that was previously attempted to be sealed by in home appliances, but that didn't work. So we got called up to see what our services could provide, and basement wall cracks are no stranger to us! We used our FlexiSpan wall crack repair system to cover and seal the crack. A flexible polyurethane was used to prevent additional water to seep in. 

A homeowner from Middletown, RI had no drainage system at all, which was why he called our appointment center complaining about puddles of water just sitting in his basement. We had one of our inspectors observe the issue more closely, and informed the homeowner that a drainage system would help avoid these puddles building up. The less puddles there are, the less chances of mold growth, so a production crew installed a WaterGuard interior drainage system. This sub-floor drainage channel collects wall seepage and will move it towards the sump pump.

An inch of water was enough for the homeowner to realize he needed a waterproofing system to keep his basement bone-dry. Our inspector visited the home, and wrote a solution. The solution that occurred was one of our production team members installing a WaterGuard interior drainage system, along with a TripleSafe sump pump. The WaterGuard collects the water seepage, while the TripleSafe does a fantastic job at pushing that water out, up to 6,200 gallons per hour to be exact! Lastly, we plugged in a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to dry out the humid air, ensuring mold growth doesn't happen!
