This crack was found in a Somerset, MA basement and was letting water seep in a rainstorm. We used our FlexiSpan system to fill the crack, creating a flexible seal in the crack and then adding another layer that would direct water to a drywell if it were to ever leak.
This customer in Somerset, MA was having issues with surface water building up where the bulkhead entrance was. The quickest yet most effective solution for this particular issue was to install a TrenchDrain to collect the water seeping through. Having a drainage system is good for basements because it won't allow water to form puddles, which can carry moisture over into the space.
