Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

In Taunton, MA cracks in the basement’s foundation wall were causing leakage and problems for the homeowners. The location of the crack was part of the problem and made it a little bit harder, but nothing our crew couldn’t fix! We used the Flexispan system to seal the crack behind some piping and covered it in CleanSpace to protect the crack repair and the basement, as well as make the repair look nice.

The sump pump was fine, but puddles of water would appear near the corners of the basement. When it would rain there was some water that would stay on the floor after seeping through the cracks. With the help of Stephen Brennan, our system design specialist, they came up with a solution to keep the basement dry. 

An artery line is a term we use to describe when the WaterGuard runs across the floor (as opposed to or in addition to around the perimeter) When water comes up through the floor, artery lines are necessary to carry the water to the sump pump!
