Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

A homeowner from Newport, RI wanted to waterproof his basement before finishing it. The best solution we provided was to install a WaterGuard interior drainage system to collect and drain water to his sump pump and applied CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to brighten up the room while keeping moisture and insects out. 

This basement in Newport, MA was very damp and cold due to all the water leaking in. One thing this basement has are porous walls, which allow moisture and water to get through the smallest holes.
