This basement in Narragansett, RI was extremely damp because of all of all the outside moisture seeping in through the walls. Damp areas can lead to mold growth which will damage the structural integrity of homes. To make sure this basement's air wasn't humid, we fully wrapped the interior of this basement with our CleanSpace Wall vapor barrier system! Now, this durable white liner will prevent moisture seepage, which greatly reduces the chance of mold growth and musty odors! 

This basement in Narragansett, RI needed a vapor barrier and sump pump system because the area was damp and wet all the time. To permanently solve those problems, our team installed a full perimeter WaterGuard interior drainage system and connected it to a TripleSafe sump pump. With these systems installed, the water seeping through the walls will be intercepted by the WaterGuard and pumped out by the TripleSafe! For the humidity, we covered the interior walls with CleanSpace Wall vapor barrier to prevent moisture intrusion to lower the humidity. Now, this basement will remain dry and safe during heavy rains and power outages all year long. 

This basement in Franklin, MA had some cracks in the wall that were pausing the owner’s renovation projects. We were able to mend those cracks using our FlexiSpan system, sealing them and adding a layer of protectant so that water could not leak through.

Sometimes a full perimeter system is not enough to ensure protection against water. An artery is defined as an important route in a system of roads. The artery is designed to carry water from anywhere else in the middle of the floor towards the perimeter so it can be directed to the sump pump.
