This stone foundation and concrete floor, unfinished basement in Narragansett, RI was in need of some help when it came to keeping the space waterproofed and dry. Our team recommended and installed our WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system and SuperSump plus sump pump system to help rectify issues with flooding happening in the wall/floor joint along the foundation, and leaks from the stone walls. 

This wet basement in Millville, MA had a sump pump system from another company that he didn’t fully trust, he was renovating and wanted to be confident his basement wouldn’t see the water it was before. When our inspector met with the owner, he was able to educate them on how water usually gets in and what our system would do to fix the issue. Our crew installed a TripleSafe sump pump in place of the previous system which includes a battery-operated backup pump in case of any power outages, instilling confidence in the owners new system!

To keep the humidity to a controlled level and dry out the air, we completely wrapped the interior of this crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier. This durable white liner prevent moisture intrusion and will keep this crawl space safe, dry and controlled!
