Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This homeowner in Middletown, RI gave us a call because they were looking for crawl space improvement options for their newly built home. Our crew insulated the walls of the crawl space with our SilverGlo wall insulation to regulate the temperature of the space and they also encapsulated it with our CleanSpace vapor barrier. CleanSpace seals off the crawl space from being impacted by the outdoor conditions. Lastly, the crew installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep humidity low. Now the homeowner can feel confident about the conditions of the crawl space beneath their new home.

This homeowner in Mansfield, MA reached out to us about the crawl space beneath their home because it was dirty, musty, and filled with debris. On installation day, our foreman, Melvin, and his crew went out to the home and got started by removing all of the debris from the space. The customer in Mansfield, Massachusetts had purchase the home in 2013 and knew the home would eventually need a vapor barrier and basement overhaul. The home was old with a fieldstone foundation basement and crawl space. A major concern of the customer was the water entering into the home and the moisture issue. We were able to help! During a previous project, the dirt floor was covered in tarp but the owner was looking for a better system, we were happy to help!
