I'm writing to express my appreciation for one of your employees, Rick Bureau. I have worked with Rick on a few different projects starting with my business, The Secret Garden Pet Resort. Rick came up with a solution to drastically improve the air quality at my pet resort, resulting in a healthier environment which I can confidently measure by the almost non existence occurrence of airborne illnesses amongst my guests.
More recently, Rick worked with me on my personal home's dry basement system in East Bridgewater. As a first time home owner inquiring about a concept so foreign to me, it would have been easy for someone to take advantage of me. This however was never the case, as Rick worked with me to create a solution that was effective yet reasonable. Several months after installing my dry zone system, I contacted Rick to inquire about finishing my basement. Even after realizing a DryZone panel system was currently out of my budget, Rick offered alternative suggestions and spoke to me at length about my different options.
Fast forward to today. As my home was being inspected for a perspective buyer, the inspector noticed a puddle by the new sump pump. With all this rain, I expected the worst and immediately called Rick in a panic. Rick didn't hesitate to reach out to the inspector as well as my real estate agent and my boyfriend to trouble shoot the problem on the spot, even offering to come meet us there after hours. To go above and beyond like that for an issue that turned out to be unrelated to the dry zone system really deserves special recognition. Although I'm sure Rick treats all his clients with this kind of compassion, I just had to speak up and share my experience with the rest of his team. I am so grateful for all that Rick has done for me and will be recommending him and your team for years to come.
