We owned our home for 30 years and never had a water problem. After rains this spring we found a few puddles of water in our basement. We called Dryzone we got an appointment. Joe came out and surveyed our basement, which now had over an inch of water in it, he explained what they could do for us and showed us a video. We loved the fact that after the work was complete we have peace of mind that our basement will never have water again. And if we sell the house we can transfer over the guarantee from Dryzone Basement to the new owners.....doesn't get better than that! Recently, I was faced with the unfortunate situation of having to sell my parents vacant home in Providence due to the passing of my Dad on Xmas Eve. While they were the original owners of the 1965 ranch home where I grew up, the foundation had shifted, cracked the foundation and split the basement floor. Finally, and thanks to you, there is a solution to the basement moisture problem that I experienced in past years. The thermal tiles with which you provided me have ameliorated any such concerns because of their one half inch unique plastic construction: as such, mold and mildew will never be a future issue in my basement. The integrity, confidence, and competence that you displayed about basement moisture resolution are exemplary attributes for you to possess as the owner of a service industry. Most importantly throughout the entire process, you were nothing short of very polite, professional, and helpful. Your quote was less than the competitor, the sales person was very nice and the work was completed according to plan. The work done is very good, no leak with the heavy rains that came the following day and the basement is dry.

Pat Cahill was fantastic. Easy to work with. Tom Adams, the project manager, and Eddy Castaneda (subcontractor) were great. Very professional. Your literature gave me the impression you were truly experts in this field. Your reviews online were outstanding.I forgot to mention the young men who did the initial work of installing the drain, the sump pump, and putting up the white fabric liner on the walls. your brochure is the best "dry basement, 101 course", very informative and educational. Well written, simple, easy to understand. Jay is very friendly and trusworthy. He explained the product very clearly and I gave him the depositimmmediately, without consulting my wife who must be advised with any major expenditure. I appreciate the friendly email and especially personal reminder of my apointment. Very easy to become friends with Jay and share Greek coffee, pasetries and fresh eggs from my chickens. the 3 crew team (I forget their names were very cooperative with their group leader. I think his name was Ryan and he worked at the level of 3 persons. Never stopping in performing 200% and leading motivaating his crew to do their best. He is a kepper and a valuable aseet to your company. I am willing to hire him in my construction company but I an sure he is loyal to your company. Be proud for employees with his work ethic and dedication. Clean up was Excellent. I wanted to hire them to clean the rest of my house but they were on their way to another assignment. "Craig Leader runs a well greased and capable company. His employees are ALL caring and hardworking. From the office, to the field, and in a persons home, his people are professional, talented, and know their jobs and how to do them well.The details are as follows: Craig was punctual in our first meeting and took great care to make sure that we knew the systems he provides and how they worked. I just happened to drive by Company office. Went in and asked for literature and received a very informative book. I then did some reviews of the WaterGuard system and Todd Lutinski's Company and decided to go with him. Besides, anybody who lets his dogs greet you when you come into his dealership can't be bad! Incredible Professional company! All interaction with this company was pleasant. Derek knew is products and suggested a system to address my problem. Not Pushy! Ricky and Rene were the greatest. They answered any questions and did an outstanding installation. When they finished, you would never know that they had been there except for the most professional looking install I could have imagined. They are a true asset to the Company. I have no concerns at all after dealing with Dry Zone of Bridgewater. Just wanted to say thanks for making my basement dry. Since the install in July I have held my breath every time it has rained , thought no product could be this good, WRONG ! The winter weather that we have endured and this last Northeaster has made me realize that Dry Zone has very much changed my life for the better.
