Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This garage that sits below grade in Bridgewater, MA was getting water after each rain just funneling through the door. We were able to install our Spee-D Channel along the opening that lead to a TripleSafe sump pump system for easy collection and removal.  

This cement crawlspace is located right in our hometown of Bridgewater, MA. This homeowner was experiencing issues of flooding and puddles in the crawlspace; being familiar with our name through town events, Facebook pages, friends and neighbors - when they decided it was time to do something about this crawlspace - they reached out directly to one of our inspectors, Michael, for an estimate. He was happily able to meet them at a time most convenient for them, to assess the situation and determine a course of action to repair!

With a SuperSump Plus installed, puddling and flooded crawlspaces are a thing of the past! Equipped with a fully cast-iron housing, this 1/3 HP Zoeller pump can tackle tough challenges, like the one presented in this crawlspace. One of the greatest features of the SuperSump Plus liner is that there is plenty of space to add a battery-operated back up pump down the line, if they become concerned with power outages affecting the functionality of their primary pump!

The home owner's in Bridgewater, Massachusetts would like to eventually finish their basement off but they have a few problem areas that collect water. One area in particular is at the bottom of the stairway in their basement. Our system design specialist Dan Gallinger suggested installed a french drain in that area which would connect to the perimeter drain system and sump pump. If water collects in this area it will go straight into the drain and get pumped out of the basement.
