This homeowner in Milton, Massachusetts was looking for a solution for their damp basement and to complete the area a little bit more for their children. They wanted to make the basement into a comfortable play room for their kids. The home owners met with our system design specialist Jay Hanrahahn to discuss their water issues in their property. Jay suggested a sump pump system and comfortable ThermalDry carpeting tiles to install in the basement.
A customer in Roxbury, MA was aware how risky it can be to not own a waterproofing system in his basement. After months of discussing with his wife, they decided to try out our company so they won't have to worry about potential floods or mold growth. Our sales inspector knew that a drainage and sump pump system would be wonderful to protect this basement, so our production team went along and jackhammered the interior perimeter to place the WaterGuard interior drainage system in, which was then connected to a TripleSafe sump pump that was installed in the corner. These two products really go well together because water is being directed out of the basement, which means there won't be any standing puddles and water damages as time passes.
Like this home in Avon, MA, sometimes cracks in the middle of the floor can occur and cause water to seep up from those areas. While our Waterguard goes around the perimeter, we do have solutions for those cracks that reach towards the middle of the floor. In situations like this, a variation of the Waterguard is placed under the floor where the water is seeping through and connects to the sump pump. All the collected water that would be coming up from the floor is now guided to the sump system and will be pumped out of the home.
There was no drainage system for this homeowner in Avon, MA causing water to start puddling around the perimeter. The water was getting in through the cracks of the foundation and the homeowner had enough. He contacted us to get an estimate on our WaterGuard interior drainage system. Once the inspector informed the homeowner how and when they would install the WaterGuard, the production crew came to dig a trench that surrounds the inside perimeter of the basement to install the WaterGuard in. The WaterGuard is designed to be a non-clogging drainage system that collects and moves water to the existing sump pump.
This basement floor in Cambridge, MA had spots of water damage that were visible to anybody walking down there. This customer didn't want to risk the chances of a major flood, so he contacted us for a waterproofing solution. For this basement, our team installed a TripleSafe sump pump to discharge the water and CleanSpace Wall vapor barrier to keep the humidity down. These two systems will work perfectly together to keep this basement safe and dry all year long!
