Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

The customer in Canton, MA recently built their dream home and wanted to stay assured that the basement would never flood and wanted to make sure it was protected by moisture and dampness. The home owner's met DryZone at the Foxboro Stadium Home Show and scheduled a free estimate to meet with our system design specialist. Our installation team installed a trust worthy TripleSafe sump pump system along with a perimeter drain and SaniDry dehumidifier.

This basement in Canton, MA had some leakage coming from the windows where there were old window wells. After inspection, it was clear this window well was not the most efficient at keeping water out and was actually trapping water inside! The new Sunhouse window well was installed and works to keep water and debris out entirely, the lid adds extra protection to make sure it doesn’t get trapped inside and cause leakage into the basement.
