Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This homeowner in Swansea, MA called us to cover up her walls. She needed a way to keep the moisture from entering through her porous basement. So we lined up the walls with CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to ensure that water vapor won't get through! 

This Wayland, MA unfinished basement got a full perimeter WaterGuard drainage system, and a TripleSafe sump pump system to help capture and carry away all the water that had been seeping into the basement. After receiving a flier in the mail, this homeowner reached out to schedule a free inspection and written estimate with our company. Shortly after, Jacob was out to the home to assess and evaluate the situation, and determine what the best course of action would be based on this home's history and needs. After agreeing to move forward with this project, the homeowner was scheduled for installation, lead by foreman Kervin, and now the basement will be protected well for many years (and storms!) to come.

This installation in South Walpole, MA included our Waterguard system going around the small ledge of the water heater and other appliances in the basement. The floor was jacked open and the Waterguard is placed with crushed stone to filter any dirt and debris from getting into the system. In this instance, a thin strip of CleanSpace was placed over the top to add a filter layer and some protection in case of leakage from the appliances. It is then concreted over to seal the deal!

This customer from South Walpole, MA was giving up on his sump pump system. It had failed numerous of times which resulted in a wet basement floor. It was time to give him a replacement that has more pumping power and reliability! After some careful planning and discussions, we swapped out this old system with our TripleSafe sump pump! This 3-pump system includes 2 high-powered pumps and a battery backup in case of a power outage. With triple the protection, this customer was at a peace of mind knowing that his sump pump system was improved. 

Collin in Tiverton, RI had a little bit of water in his basement after it rained. There was no standing water but he rented this home out and the tenants used the area for storage. We came in to install a full perimeter system. The oil tank needed protection as well. The WaterGuard goes around the system and CleanSpace is installed on the floors to prevent damage in case of an oil spill.
