A customer from Norfolk, MA was tired of seeing his basement get water throughout the year. The puddles caused the area to feel damp and muggy, so this customer called us to fix the problem! For this basement, we made sure no water reaches this floor by installing a perimeter WaterGuard interior drainage system and integrated it with our TripleSafe sump pump. Our WaterGuard is designed to collect any water seepage coming through the walls and direct it to the sump pump system. Our 3-pump TripleSafe consists of a primary, secondary and battery backup pump to provide an abundance of pumping power and the reliability that this system will still operate during power outages. 

Our customer was concerned about having an exposed system because of the threat of radon. They already had a radon mitigation system installed so we installed a sealed system so no gasses could escape.
