Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

When this customer called, he had visions of finishing his basement. With the mold and moisture issues he found down there, he knew he needed a solution before his refinishing began. DryZone Basement Systems installed CleanSpace vapor barrier to keep moisture, mold and mildew at bay. Now the customer is working on planning the basement of his dreams.

A homeowner in Holden contacted us, concerned with the water that was coming through a crack in their basement wall. One of our technicians went out to take a look and instantly knew that FlexiSpan would work perfectly for the job. 

Flexispan differs from other crack fillers or sealents in two major ways. First, Flexispan eliminates the use of messy expoxy injections and instead seals the crack with a flexible sealent that will stop water seeping through the crack. The other key factor in our Flexispan system is that it doesn't end with sealent. Our system uses an additional step to make sure that no seepage will make it pass the sealent. A second layer of  beveled foam is used, which would drain any small amount of additional seepage down into your drainage system or into a small drywell created under the basement floor. 

This area in this basement located in Holden, MA was getting very wet every time there was a rainfall in town. The opening at the stairs allows as much water to creep into the cracks which caused water to create puddles in this spot. To prevent any more standing water, we installed a TrenchDrain to assist with the drainage in this basement. It's crucial to have a drainage channel in your basement so that water doesn't build up on the floor!
