Todd and his crew were outstanding and professional. They took the extra time to finish the tremendous amount of work in the time allotted. The results were so astounding that I have told all my friends. I also had the CrawlSpace sealed and the SaniDry Dehumidifier installed and the cellar walls covered with Bright Wall. I am soooo happy that they were able to get me into their busy schedule. Every time it would rain I would dread looking in my basement. I had a sump pump and dehumidifier already, too. Thank you!!! I LOVE the basement work your company did! We use the basement so much now! We made an apartment of sorts with a bar and fireplace on top of the bar. A second bathroom was added because we now could! Wall to wall carpet and especially a peace of mind that we never had before! My son just bought my dad's old house. You may be getting another basement to DryZone within the year!!! Special thanks to TODD, (yes THE Todd) who was on the crew to help make it happen in time for the rainy season due to a shortage of help...Well, the falls rainy season as it rains so much all the time! I got in on working with the crew, too, and cut the stairs to access the flooring under them. The guys were awesome! A real pleasure to work with! I'm sure they still are! I had a truly positive experience from the first phone call to the completion of the work. The representative was pleasant, patient and was extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of the basement system. He was thorough in explaining to us what we needed and why. He was not at all pushy and trying to sell us anything we didn't need. He explained the process from beginning to end and at that point we were convinced that this was the right company for us. The office person was also extremely pleasant and was willing to help answer any questions we had after the initial visit. The appointment was made and when the guys came they got right to work and did they all worked together as a team. There was no standing around wondering what to do next. It was all planned out beforehand and the work was done in one day. They were thorough and cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job and I am confident I won't have to worry during the next torrential rain storm. The system is in place. Only time will tell.
