We had our annual maintenance service call today, conducted by Scott Nichols. I can honestly say, that it was most thorough general service call. Scott checked everything that needed to be checked, and he actually seemed to care about doing a great job. He made sure that everything was cleaned as completely as possible, and that all equipment was working as it should be; not to mention that he was both courteous and friendly. I never once had the feeling that he wanted to finish as soon as possible; skipping steps along the way, only to get to the next place as soon as possible. I plan on having the service maintenance conducted annually, and would appreciate if you would assign Scott to our account.

I just had DryZone, you had installed a new basement waterproofing system for me on Monday and Ryan was the head guy and I just wanted to call to say I am very satisfied with the work they did. They were friendly, they worked very hard, were efficient, got the job done in about seven hours. I just wanted to give them a pat on the back and say that I am very happy and actually already recommended them to a few other people.

I went on the website and inquired about a consultation. I loved the book you guys sent me, read it from cover to cover. The salesman (Dan) was so thorough. He even came back to our  home teo more times. We were impressed with system. You were the 3rd company to come to our home. I really think Todd's enthusiasm was the best 1st impression. The crew was great. You would never even know a pipe was installed under ground. Our grass is still in tact. Nice group of guys.  Thanks to everyone!

Service tech was excellent. He explained everything to me regarding our pump system. He was excellent. I asked him about a dehumidifier and he explained it fully and also recommended a wall system to dress up our basement walls. Call center rep was Very polite and helpful with scheduling our service call.

Erin was excellent. Set up the appointment and called me as promised the day before to confirm. Service Tech was excellent-explained everything and answered all my questions. He was very professional and helpful with the instructions on my new Sani-Dry dehumidifier. Cleaned up was good.
