This is a great company.  They worked on the crawlspace under an added room of my home.  They jacked up the side that had dropped, created vapor barrier, two new walls and fixed all that was entailed in that process.  This work was done several months ago and all is still perfect.   Their work is efficient, well done, including work above and beyond what was expected.   The Owner, Crew and Office Staff are patient with questions, actually answered all our questions, always polite and always return calls.  They were always punctual, called for verifications and if needed for follow-up. These are qualities that are getting more and more difficult to find with many companies. The install was pretty easy, but we got some great advice from the installer. The dehumidifier itself is top of the line.  I read many reviews on line before ordering thru DryZone. This one is set at 55% humidity and will shut off once it gets to that setting. Unlike store bought ones that will run all the time.  Had it for one day.. and all ready can feel a difference in the basement.  

We have an old house (1926) and the main beam had some structural issues.  The SmartJacks were installed to help the main beam in 2 areas.   It was about 3-4 hour project and all went well.  The owner of the company came out for this job and took the time to explain what the jacks were doing and what to look for.  I would highly recommend for any basement issues, most of structural issues.
