Todd could not have been better. He thought of many things that I did not. The office staff was very good, very responsive to our requests. The installation crew is the best - knowledgeable and cooperative. I looked for three years, researching companies to do this work. This barn restoration was a major project and a bigger job then was first thought. Todd and his crew explained every detail along the way and did so in a way that I felt I was part of the crew. They explained why they changed their original plan..they went beyond was was needed to do. I now have a barn that will last another 107 years. DryZone Basement Systems seemed more compitant and knowledgeable. Offer a superior product. Todd, Jason, Steve and all others involved from presentation to installation were very kind and compitant of waterproofing. We were impressed by product and presentation.

It was recommended in a Facebook post and when I called to schedule an initial appointment you were very accommodating. You were also very accommodating with us needing an afternoon appointment for installation.

This is a great company.  They worked on the crawlspace under an added room of my home.  They jacked up the side that had dropped, created vapor barrier, two new walls and fixed all that was entailed in that process.  This work was done several months ago and all is still perfect.   Their work is efficient, well done, including work above and beyond what was expected.   The Owner, Crew and Office Staff are patient with questions, actually answered all our questions, always polite and always return calls.  They were always punctual, called for verifications and if needed for follow-up. These are qualities that are getting more and more difficult to find with many companies. The work and Customer Service is greatly appreciated.  We will definitely call them again for any future work for which they are specialist. Thank you all at DryZone.
