Sorry - I don't remember it.

Jay was able to adopt his sales talk to the level of detail that I needed. He was the 4th salesman I saw, and so I did not want to have the whole dog and pony show. He made I knew what he thought we needed and how Dry Zone differed in its approach - and left me to make up my mind. He and the office also did NOT pester me with phone calls until I had made up my mind.

What can I say about the crew? They arrived when they said they would, laid out what we were to expect and got to work. They finished a day early. They managed to tie the new pipes into a pre-existing drain in an elegant-looking way that actually looks great. I wish we hadn't needed the work done - but since we did, I am glad we got this crew.

The inside and outside looked almost as if they had never come.
