Hello, I have a wet concrete corner in the basement every time after it rains. I started noticing it after the basement got flooded a couple of months ago. I do have a sump pump at the opposite side of the basement. Wet corner also appears after a light rain when sump pump is not running, looks like there is a free way for water to run.
