This 18-inch, dirt and gravel floor with concrete block wall crawlspace located in East Falmouth, MA was due for an upgrade. Though they did have an existing plastic barrier on the ground, they were noticing continued issues with water and moisture in the crawlspace. Our inspector, Tim, went out to inspect the crawlspace and found evidence of moisture and water present in the crawlspace just as the owners had described, and got to work preparing a proposal for them to resolve these problems.
With new SilverGlo insulation along the perimeter, our CleanSpace crawlspace encapsulation vapor barrier system, and a SaniDry Sedona - these homeowners now have more control over the issues they were experiencing, and DryZone will contact them annually to schedule maintenance on their Sedona dehumidifier - so they are able to sit back & relax knowing they are in the most capable of hands with team DryZone!

A customer from North Eason, MA was distraught when he saw water sitting in the corner of his unfinished basement. He was shocked because his sump pump was right in the corner, but it was clearly time to replace it if there was still water there! Luckily, he called the right company.
After an evaluation by our inspector, he told the homeowner that our TripleSafe sump pump would be an upgrade from his current system because it provided triple times the amount of pumping power, comes with a backup battery option for power outages and is warrantied by us! This was a no-brainer for the homeowner and he agreed!
Our production crew wasted no time taking apart the old, rusty system and installing our TripleSafe. After it was hooked up to the discharge line, the homeowner was eager to have a dry and happy basement for years to come!
When this homeowner from North Easton, MA contacted our appointment center, he told us that water was continuously seeping through the floor of his basement. The various cracks were letting in water, causing puddles to form along the floor. Any area with standing water can cause mold growth or musty odors, so preventing this will save the homeowner years of stress. Our inspector was able to visit the basement to give an estimate on a waterproofing job. Once the details were set, a production crew came to make the job happen!
In the job, they installed a TripleSafe sump pump in the corner where water was puddling up. This was also the lowest spot in the floor, so it worked out perfectly for our crew to place the system in. Once the system was placed in, the foreman made a discharge line that goes from the sump to the outdoors. Now that a waterproofing solution was installed, the homeowner was able to relax and move on with his days!
When this homeowner was cooking in his kitchen, he noticed a strange odor coming from the basement. Curious, he started walking around his house and it wasn't until he went down into his basement when he realized the issue had been right below him this whole time. Concerned, he scrambled around on the internet for a dehumidifier but was skeptical about the ones he was seeing. Then he came across our website and saw that our SaniDry Sedona has over 100 pints per day capacity and will move over 300 cubic feet of dry air per minute around the basement! He knew this was the solution for him, so our technician was able to quickly plug in the dehumidifier! After weeks, the smell was no longer a reason for concern!
This customer from North Easton was an owner of a sump pump already, but his town had gone through a rainstorm that was heavier than usual. The combination of rain and strong winds caused the power to go out. Resulting in a flooded basement all because the sump pump didn't have electricity! To give the owner a peace of mind, plugged in our battery backup pump, the UltraSump! This will engage whenever the house loses power so that the flood never happens again!
A crawlspace in North Easton, MA was built way back in 1990 and has aged every since. The insulation was old, moldy and completely falling apart and there was some wood rotting as well. When our inspector came in to write up a plan for this crawlspace, he noticed how humid it was, so he had a production crew clean out all the old debris, place in SilverGlo wall insulation and encapsulated the area with CleanSpace vapor barrier. These two products work in unison to keep the relative humidity low, also reducing the chances of mold growth!
This basement in North Easton, MA was leaking water through the bulkhead doorway, which tends to have openings for water to pass through. When our inspector saw the doorway in person, he suggested to the homeowner that we install a TrenchDrain right outside the door so it will collect all the water getting in. The homeowner said yes and our production crew went right to work, They dug a trench to place the TrenchDrain in, and later connected it to the whole perimeter drainage system so the water can be moved to the sump pump.
