This crawlspace had a makeshift vapor barrier that was not helping with the moisture problem at all, it was only a band-aid. This Narragansett home is right on the water so the musty, earthy smell in the crawl space was too much for this homeowner to handle. We installed an all new vapor barrier to fully encapsulate the space and get rid of the smell and moisture. We were happy to help and make this home more comfortable to live in!

The Cleanspace liner was installed in this Narragansett, RI crawlspace to isolate the home from the earth completley and permanently. The liner is a heavy 20-mil thick material comparable to a pool liner. The bright white color really brightens the crawlspace to make better use of available light!
