Coastal Wakefield, RI Crawlspace Overhaul

This damp, narrow crawlspace in Wakefield, RI was in need of both waterproofing work and an encapsulation system. With a wet exposed earth floor, support beams holding moisture, and either missing or ineffective insulation - an overhaul was definitely necessary. DryZone's inspector and installation crew did an incredible job diagnosing, planning and executing this project which included: out CleanSpace vapor barrier encapsulation system and drainage matting (to create a protective firmer barrier beneath the CleanSpace and allow for water drainage), SilverGlo spray foam and foam board insulation, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, Mold-X mold and mildew treatment, and a SuperSump Plus sump pump system to handle any instances of flooding!

Existing Sump Replaced in South Kingstown, RI

This customer living in South Kingstown, RI noticed visible water seepage getting into his basement. It was annoying him even more because he already had a sump pump, and clearly it wasn't getting rid of the water completely. That's why we swapped out the system with our very own TripleSafe sump pump! Our system pumps up to 6,200 gallons of water per hour, so severe rainstorms won't be as worrisome anymore!

Push pier and House lift in Greenville, RI

Pictured above are before and after photos of a crack in Greenville, RI. This homeowner first contacted us due to cracks appearing around a window in the basement and within the living room ceiling of the home. Soon after, the homeowner removed the interior side of the wall from the basement and discovered a crack big enough to fit his fist through! Our inspector went out to visit the home to take a look. It was determined the front right side of the home was sinking. The home needed 7 push piers to try and lift the home. After the home was successfully lifted 4 inches, the crack in the window was almost unrecognizable!
