This homeowner in West Brookfield, MA was furious seeing water constantly seep into his basement during rainstorms. This part of the basement in particular was seeing the most puddles, so we prevented this floor from getting wet by installing a WaterGuard interior drainage system that creates a small gap between itself and the wall, as it's placed on top of the footing to intercept any water coming in! This water then gets channeled to the TripleSafe sump pump we installed to discharge the water far and away from this basement to keep it dry! 

When a customer living in Petersham, MA kept seeing water in basement wall, he started to look for waterproofing companies around the area. He already had a sump pump, but without a proper route for water to reach the pit, his water issue won't go anywhere.
