He was looking for extra floor support to stabilize it in place and stumbled upon us! Our team saved this unstable floor by placing a steel beam under the old support beam, then they installed 3 SmartJacks under the floor to stabilize it in place. These SmartJacks were able to provide the extra strength needed to keep this homeowner safe and happy!

This homeowner in West Brookfield, MA was furious seeing water constantly seep into his basement during rainstorms. This part of the basement in particular was seeing the most puddles, so we prevented this floor from getting wet by installing a WaterGuard interior drainage system that creates a small gap between itself and the wall, as it's placed on top of the footing to intercept any water coming in! This water then gets channeled to the TripleSafe sump pump we installed to discharge the water far and away from this basement to keep it dry!
