From the Beginning when they (System Design Specialist) came to our home, he presented a complete explanation of the work to be done including a DVD explaining the Dry Zone Basement System. On the day of instillation, they went over everything they planned to do and the approximate time for completion. I have never seen a crew of workers do so much work in such a short time. They remind me of a colony of ants working diligently together to do their work. Steve kept me informed and made suggestions as the work was ongoing and completed in just two days. Just Amazing!!! They get an A+ from me on efficient and complete work.
