With one easy call to DryZone, they started the motion to a dryer basement and met with one of our Design Specialist to help create a plan. One product was definitely going to be an upgraded sump pump system, complete with three pumps, including one that ran off of a battery in case of emergency power outages. This faulty sump pump in Foxboro, MA had its better days when it was first installed 5 years ago! But the homeowner wasn't the best at keeping up with maintenance checks on his sump pump system, causing it to eventually fail during a rainstorm. He needed a sump pump that wouldn't fail in an event of high rain volume or even power outages. More importantly, he needed something that would keep his basement dry all the time! This basement in Mansfield, MA was going through a rough patch in it's life because water was continuously seeping through the floor. The one corner where water seemed to be the issue was near the bulkhead stairs, so we installed our TripleSafe sump pump there to save the day! Now, this corner will stay dry since water will be pumped out. To ensure all the water in the corner was being channeled to the sump properly, we installed a TrenchDrain at the doorway entrance along with a WaterGuard drainage system to help.
