This customer contacted us due to issues with water leaking into his basement increasing this past year. According to the customer, the water is coming in through numerous places -  including up through the floors! We recommended our SuperSump pump as well as our UltraSump pump and our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.

In Uxbridge, MA we worked in a home that a finished basement that had one spot that kept getting wet and the homeowners were finally done with it and needed a fix. After giving them a few options, they decided on the SuperSump system with Waterguard and a SaniDry Dehumidifier to help combat the moisture in the space. The sump pump went right in the space they were getting all their water and the dehumidifier was installed next to it so it could drain right into the liner, no more emptying old water buckets every day! This solution would work great in this basement to keep the moisture out!

When this homeowner living in Uxbridge, MA contacted out appointment center, he said that his sump pump system he installed years ago that wasn't working anymore. His system was a sump pump that was installed by a different company, but he realized that was a mistake. The sump pit wasn't all that great, as it was too small, which led to water building up inside fast. So we swapped the whole pump out and jackhammered a new sump pit to fit the TripleSafe sump pump in. We chose this sump pump because it had 3 pumps that will work together when need be to fight off heavy rain falls and power shortages. The home owner in South Kingstown, Rhode Island had water problems since the home was built. They did have a sump pump system installed but it was not working as it should. They had major ground water problems, seepage and cracks. In this before and after you can see that the foundation was poured with a hole for a sump but the hole was not in the correct area of the basement. We did install a sump pump system that will adequately take care of their ground water problem and keep the water away from the basement. 

This basement in Wakefield, RI had a basic open sump pit with room for one pump. The customers wanted a closed system with a lid and additional protection. The existing pump was running nonstop, even when it wasn't raining. Our solution was to upgrade the sump to a TripleSafe. The TripleSafe has three pumps that are staggered in the liner so when water hits the pump that is lowest in the liner, it will engage. Next, if the water levels continue to rise and the first pump cannot keep up with the amount of water, the 2nd pump will engage. These two pumps will now be pumping together to get the water levels down again. In the event that there is an alarming amount of rain and the two pumps cannot keep up, or power to the sump is compromised, the third pump will kick on either in addition to the first 2 pumps or alone, running on battery power. It really is the best solution when you want to keep your basement dry all the time!
