Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Our inspector, Trevor, knows a homeowner in Fairhaven, MA that needed their crawl space repaired so he drew up a solution for them and they decided to move forward with the project! In the past, the homeowner had a clear tarp installed along the dirt floor of the crawl space but it didn't do much for the space and got dirty very quickly due to water. On installation day, our foreman, Tomas, and his crew started by removing the clear tarp and any other debris that was in the space. Then they laid our drainage matting over the dirt floor which allows water to flow under and out of the space instead of pooling and getting stuck inside of it. The crew insulated the walls of the crawl space with our SilverGlo insulation which regulates temperature. Then they fully encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace encapsulation system. CleanSpace is a strong vapor barrier that protects the space and keeps it clean. Lastly, the crew set up our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep humidity in the space low.
