Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This homeowner in Barrington, RI gave us a call because they wanted the small crawl space beneath their home encapsulated and insulated to improve the environment of the living space above. Our inspector, Trevor, went out to the home to take a look at the crawl space and drew up a plan for it. On installation day, our crew first removed the debris that was in the space and then they laid down drainage matting over the dirt floor to allow any water to flow under and out instead of pooling inside. They insulated the space with our SilverGlo wall insulation which regulates temperature and doesn't deteriorate over time. Then the crew fully encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier to seal it off. Now the homeowner no longer has to worry about the crawl space negatively impacting their home's living space.

After demoing the old floor, Waterguard was installed around the perimeter and connected to the previously installed TripleSafe sump pump. Then our crew could pour the new floor over, making sure it’s level and smooth.
