Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This homeowner made a call to us after seeing spot of mold growing in his Woonsocket, RI home. This is an area of concern for any homeowner that spots mold growth anywhere in their foundation. It posses a threat since mold can damage the structural integrity of ones home. But this homeowner made a wise decision to go with us, because we have the most reliable vapor barrier system, our CleanSpace. To begin, the crew cleaned out any remaining debris, then rolled out CleanSpace to cover the whole floor. To assist with the insulation, we placed SilverGlo wall insulation to help maintain the temperature of this crawlspace during the seasons!

A basement in Ashland, MA was not in the best shape as there was insulation falling apart, debris everywhere and it felt very damp. Clearly not in ideal conditions, so we improved the quality by cleaning out the debris, replacing the insulation with our SilveGlo wall insulation and encapsulated the crawlspace with CleanSpace vapor barrier! This system collectively deals with any moisture problems and heats up the area as well!

This damp, narrow crawlspace in Wakefield, RI was in need of both waterproofing work and an encapsulation system. With a wet exposed earth floor, support beams holding moisture, and either missing or ineffective insulation - an overhaul was definitely necessary. DryZone's inspector and installation crew did an incredible job diagnosing, planning and executing this project which included: out CleanSpace vapor barrier encapsulation system and drainage matting (to create a protective firmer barrier beneath the CleanSpace and allow for water drainage), SilverGlo spray foam and foam board insulation, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, Mold-X mold and mildew treatment, and a SuperSump Plus sump pump system to handle any instances of flooding!
