I just had DryZone, you had installed a new basement waterproofing system for me on Monday and Ryan was the head guy and I just wanted to call to say I am very satisfied with the work they did. They were friendly, they worked very hard, were efficient, got the job done in about seven hours. Dan Gallinger went above and beyond. He gave us pricing on two systems and we made our decision. We chose Dryzone after getting estimates and information from a few companies. We found Dryzone employees to be prompt at returning calls and very forthcoming with answers to all of our questions.

Pat Cahill did not pressure me to purchase a system beyond what i needed to solve the problem as other sales reps from other companies had done. Ryan, who did our installation, answered all my questions, was fast and efficient. Mentioned the maintenance contract, which was a good sell. Outlined all the components of the contract and sold me.

Fair cost, lifetime guarantee and good availability to have work done. The crew was very nice, professional and they cleaned up our basement well.

Thank you!!! I LOVE the basement work your company did! We use the basement so much now! We made an apartment of sorts with a bar and fireplace on top of the bar. A second bathroom was added because we now could! Wall to wall carpet and especially a peace of mind that we never had before! My son just bought my dad's old house. You may be getting another basement to DryZone within the year!!! Special thanks to TODD, (yes THE Todd) who was on the crew to help make it happen in time for the rainy season due to a shortage of help...Well, the falls rainy season as it rains so much all the time! I had a truly positive experience from the first phone call to the completion of the work. The representative was pleasant, patient and was extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of the basement system. He was thorough in explaining to us what we needed and why. He was not at all pushy and trying to sell us anything we didn't need. He explained the process from beginning to end and at that point we were convinced that this was the right company for us. The office person was also extremely pleasant and was willing to help answer any questions we had after the initial visit. The appointment was made and when the guys came they got right to work and did they all worked together as a team. There was no standing around wondering what to do next. It was all planned out beforehand and the work was done in one day. They were thorough and cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job and I am confident I won't have to worry during the next torrential rain storm. The system is in place. Only time will tell.
