Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

A homeowner located in South Yarmouth, MA needed a drainage system to connect to the TripleSafe sump pump they had. Luckily, a production team jackhammered the inside perimeter to place the WaterGuard interior drainage system that collects wall seepage and drains it towards the sump pump! During a very wet spring, the owners of this Yarmouth, MA home were dealing with an unmanageable amount of water in their basement, more than ever before. With more rain on the future forecast, they knew they had to get this situation under control before more water got in and irreversible damage occurred. We scheduled their free estimate and listened to all the concerns they had. Our inspector formed a plan that would work for the space and then the installation could get underway. At the install the crew put in Waterguard along the perimeter that connects to the sump, this system will collect the water seeping in and escort it for removal via the sump pump. Around the furnace and water tank we put TrenchDrain so that water could be collected from all angles. After the install, they clean the space and make sure everything is in tiptop shape!

We install the TrenchDrain like our Waterguard, with the drain sitting below the floors surface and the top, in this case, the drain, even with the floor. This way any water that could make its way in that’s no along a wall will be captured by the grated drain and will fall into the drain that’s connected to the Waterguard and then the sump. It’s then finished with a fresh coat of concrete to seal it in and finish the job!
