Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Amherst, MA already had a sump pump system in his unfinished basement but needed a way to drain the water he was seeing at the perimeter. Luckily, we had our WaterGuard interior drainage system that came to the rescue! The crew, jackhammered the inside perimeter, placed the WaterGuard in it, covered it in stone and topped it off with concrete. Now, he has a non-clogging drainage system that connects to his sump! 

This customer reached out to us because their basement was flooded during a heavy rainstorm. The couple lived in the house about a year and had never before experienced water issues in their basement. We evaluated the need for two SuperSump sump pumps, TrenchDrain and an IceGuard to keep things working despite freezing temps.

The new owners of this home in Millers Falls, MA discovered their basement leaked the hard way, after a storm that flooded their basement! Our team stepped in to solve this issue, including the installation of a new TripleSafe sump pump to discharge the collected water from the WaterGuard drainage, keeping the space dry for them and becoming one less stress on their new home journey!
