Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Our team helped out a customer in the town of Newtonville, Mass. There was high humidity in the basement and the air quality was not good. When it would rain there was some water that would stay on the floor after seeping through the cracks. With the help of Stephen Brennan, our system design specialist, they came up with a solution to keep the basement dry. 

An artery line is a term we use to describe when the WaterGuard runs across the floor (as opposed to or in addition to around the perimeter) When water comes up through the floor, artery lines are necessary to carry the water to the sump pump!

This basement from Newton Center, MA had moisture in their walls which was making its way into the basement! This meant that the basement was very humid, and was in risk of growing mold if the homeowner didn't call us for help! We were able to solve the moisture issue by applying CleanSpace wall vapor barrier onto the foundation walls. This covers the whole wall up with a thick layer of polyethylene to prevent moisture from entering. 

This homeowner from Dedham, MA wanted a window well to protect his basement window. This was a smart call on his part because windows can let in water, weeds and insects if it's not maintained properly. Our SunHouse basement window enclosure was installed by a member of our production crew in a quick and efficient manner! This will reflect good natural light back into the basement as well! 

When this homeowner from Dedham, MA spotted water seeping through the floor cracks in his basement, he began to look online for a waterproofing company. After contacting us, we were able to provide a full perimeter WaterGuard interior drainage system to collect the water seepage. To make sure that water gets pumped out, we installed a TripleSafe sump pump near the bulkhead door. Now, once the water seeps in, it'll be intercepted by the WaterGuard and will flow to the TripleSafe, keeping this basement dry all year long!
