Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Shrewsbury, MA was having problems with water getting into their finished basement. Our inspector, James, drew up a solution to waterproof the basement with our products that include the WaterGuard drainage system, TripleSafe sump pump, SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and CleanSpace wall system. The four products mentioned are all installed inside of the basement to keep water out, but what happens to that water being pushed out? It still needs somewhere to go right? That's where the IceGuard discharge line system comes in. IceGuard is installed on the outside of the home to prevent water from seeping back into the basement in the event of a clogged or frozen discharge line. IceGuard provides an escape route. Water escapes from the IceGuard fitting only when the discharge line becomes clogged. Otherwise, water flows past the slotted openings into the drain pipe. Although it's a small product, it makes a world of difference when it comes to keeping your basement completely waterproof. With James's solution installed by Carlos and his crew, this homeowner can refinish their basement and not have to worry about water getting in ever again!
