Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

A customer in Northborough, MA was complaining that the water seeping into his basement wasn't getting into his sump pump system, causing a very wet floor for him to deal with. To make sure that water will in fact reach this sump pump, we installed a full perimeter WaterGuard interior drainage system. Due to this system covering the whole interior perimeter, all of the water seepage from the walls will be collected and channeled to his sump pump. Now, this customer can say goodbye to those annoying puddles! 

This finished basement in Northborough, MA was taking water on through several areas around the finished basement. Water was seeping up through the foundation, through the wall/floor joint, and also around a fireplace and the utility area. In this Smithfield, RI basement, water was leaking in the area where they had recently added a patio, addition, and pool. After contacting DryZone for some help getting it under control, our inspector and the homeowners agreed that all those components put stress on the foundation and could see it caused a crack. For wall cracks we use our FlexiSpan system to seal up the crack and create a drain in case the seal doesn’t hold up, then the water would fall into that system and not the floor. The installation crew ends the repair with a layer of CleanSpace for a clean look and a little more added protection against leaks.
