Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

We were contacted by a home owner looking to replace their pump and to install a Sanidry dehumidifier.

DryZone Basement Systems replaced the failing sump pump with the UltraSump Battery Back-Up System. If the primary pump fails for any reason, such as a power outage, the battery back-up system automatically turns on. We also added the Sanidry Sedona which will keep damp, musty odors away by drying and filtering the air.

This basement in Fitchburg, MA was very damp, humid and wet from all the outside moisture and water seeping in. Any environment where humidity is present is at risk of mold growth, so to prevent any future dangers from happening, we covered the interior walls with CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to block off any outside moisture from trying to leak in, installed a full perimeter WaterGuard interior drainage system to collect water seepage and a TripleSafe sump pump to discharge. Now, this basement has no issue staying dry all year long! 

A homeowner in Fitchburg, MA was planning on finishing his basement so that his family can use it to watch sports games. But the one issue he always had was water seeping in through the basement walls. He didn't want to finish his basement with the risk of a flood occurring. So he reached out to us for a waterproofing solution. Now, the water seepage will dribble down the CleanSpace, into the WaterGuard and will flow to the TripleSafe to be discharged! Now, he is able to finish his basement with a peace of mind!
