In the first photo, notice the efflorescence of the wall from water coming into the basement. There is also water damage to the floors.
The second photo is a shot of our UltraSump and SuperSump Plus. The UltraSump is the black box in the photo. It is a battery backup, making the pump work even during power outages. The drying concrete around the perimeter of the room is where WaterGuard sub-floor drainage was installed to guide water to the pump.

Above are before and after photos of a crack. We utilized our Flexispan crack repair system. We had previously done work for this homeowner, and he recently noticed a crack in his basement wall. The crack was leaking water into his basement and he knew that DryZone Basement Systems was who he should call.
Our inspector went to the home to take a look at the crack and determined we could use our Flexispan system to seal it. Our team went out and filled the crack from top to bottom with our special Flexispan sealent.
Flexispan differs from other crack fillers or sealents in two major ways. First, Flexispan eliminates the use of messy expoxy injections and instead seals the crack with a flexible sealent that will stop water seeping through the crack. The other key factor in our Flexispan system is that it doesn't end with sealent. Our system uses an additional step to make sure that no seepage will make it pass the sealent. A second layer of beveled foam is used, which would drain any small amount of additional seepage down into your drainage system or into a small drywell created under the basement floor.
A homeowner in Shrewsbury, MA was having problems with water getting into their finished basement. Our inspector, James, drew up a solution to waterproof the basement with our products that include the WaterGuard drainage system, TripleSafe sump pump, SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and CleanSpace wall system. These products were installed by our crew, lead by our foreman Carlos, and work together to protect the basement from water. The four products mentioned are all installed inside of the basement to keep water out, but what happens to that water being pushed out? It still needs somewhere to go right? That's where the IceGuard discharge line system comes in. IceGuard is installed on the outside of the home to prevent water from seeping back into the basement in the event of a clogged or frozen discharge line. IceGuard provides an escape route. Water escapes from the IceGuard fitting only when the discharge line becomes clogged. Otherwise, water flows past the slotted openings into the drain pipe. Although it's a small product, it makes a world of difference when it comes to keeping your basement completely waterproof. With James's solution installed by Carlos and his crew, this homeowner can refinish their basement and not have to worry about water getting in ever again!
