Dry Zone Basement Systems recently completed a Super Sump System in our home. Every step of the process was efficient and certainly professional in every way. From the Beginning when they (System Design Specialist) came to our home, he presented a complete explanation of the work to be done including a DVD explaining the Dry Zone Basement System. On the day of instillation, they went over everything they planned to do and the approximate time for completion. I have never seen a crew of workers do so much work in such a short time. They remind me of a colony of ants working diligently together to do their work. Steve kept me informed and made suggestions as the work was ongoing and completed in just two days. Just Amazing!!! They get an A+ from me on efficient and complete work. I would recommend this company highly and the super Sump System is working more efficiently than I could have imagined. We got a price from another company but they could not do the work for one year. You were about the same price and had a similar system but could do the work within two months. We are very happy with the installation. The job only took two days and the crew was very neat. Now we just need to wait for the first big rain!

I love the fact I have a dry basement that I am able to use for storage now and also a dry yard with the new sump pump hook up. They came and worked hard in a small space mind you. Were very aware of any messes and were picked up every day.

Josh, Josh & Chris arrived at the time they said and got to work right away on a very cold morning, tackling what I felt was a very challenging task.  I provided them with an electrical outlet for their lights and a couple space heaters to warm up in front of occasionally when they needed to take a quick break from the fun of crawling around in the cold underground.  When Josh said they would probably be done around 3:00 PM I thought he meant for the day, but he said the whole installation would be done today and it was.  I'm sorry my having to reschedule so often put it on the coldest day of the season, but other than being chilled to the bone they sounded like they enjoy their work and work well together. Everyone I have dealt with at DryZone has been very helpful and pleasant to deal with, from your help getting everything set up and all the scheduling changes, to Steve's estimate and information and today's crew getting my crawl space project done and I thank you all for that.  Dealing with DryZone has been a bright spot in what has become a very long, drawn-out project of getting my addition and renovations done.  I'm glad I saw your TV commercial and made the call to your company.  Happy Holidays to all!! Yes, Steve came out to complete the inspection and everything went very well. My appointment was actually scheduled at the end of Feb and he contacted me and asked if I would like him to conduct the inspection a month early. I appreciated that he was thinking of me. He worked with my schedule the day of to arrive at a time that worked best for me.  I was happy that I received a quote later that night. I reached out a few times with questions and he always responded within the same day, most times within an hour.    I utilized DryZone Basement on my previous residence and I am planning on moving forward again on my current address.    Best, Erin

This company provided me with many extra services and did not charge extra fees. We are moving and needed quite a bit of work done in the basement. With their help, not only did we receive a lifetime warrantee for the system, but the crew did some demolition that helped greatly. On top of everything else, Ricky's crew returned our escaped Bearded Dragon into his cage! The finished product is clean, precise and they delivered exactly as promised.
