Hi Len, As I mentioned during our phone discussion, this is now our 3rd interaction with various regional locations of "Basement System" company products. Your willingness to work with us to address both the basement & crawlspace issues, the professional level of customer service and the quality of the materials used resulted with us selecting the DryZone Basement Systems for this project. The crew were excellent and Steve answered all of my questions patiently and kept me informed at all stages of the installation including explaining various recommendations for issues that became evident during the project implementation. John and I were very pleased with how the installation took place. Payment is going out by Certified US Mail today and should arrive in the office early next week.
