Our contractor initially contacted Leader Basement to troubleshoot our issue. Initially, I did not hear back from anyone for over a month. After I called myself to follow up, people were communicative and prompt.

The work was efficient and performed as detailed. The finish work, however, was rough and the edges of the drywall around the grate look awful.

Some leaves, debris etc were left on the floor etc. were left on the floor but effort was made to position extension cord conveneniently
