Case Studies From Belchertown
This customer is still somewhat new to living in this particular home. He moved in last year and up until recently he had never had a water issue in...
The customer was having a problem with there being too much water coming from the basement. There front yard was starting to have some serious water...
When a homeowner from Belchertown, MA called into DryZone, they were concerned with water that was flooding their basement. It seemed to them to be coming up through the concrete foundation floor, and along the edges where the floor and wall meet, and they knew at the very least - they were going to need a sump pump system. At the time of their original call, they had no waterproofing measures in place. Our inspector, Craig, went out to perform a free estimate and inspection for them, and determined that hydrostatic pressure was causing water to push in through the foundation floor and wall joints. By installing out WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system, and a TripleSafe sump pump system, this homeowner can rest easy knowing there is 0 effort needed to keep their basement dry going forward!
Basement Waterproofing in Belchertown, MA
This customer in Belchertown, MA, contacted due to a consistent water issue in her basement. She stated she'd noticed water for years prior to calling. She said that until recently, the water had been minimal, but suddenly there was a great amount of water despite it not raining. She had a sump pump that was pre-existing installed by someone else in the past, but it wasn't working properly. We set her up with a System Design Specialist.
Our crew installed WaterGuard, a TrenchDrain, an IceGuard, a LawnScape Outlet, and a SuperSump pump. Now this customer has a dry basement whether it is raining or not!

We have a crack in our basement, which leaks when it rains. We would like someone to look at it and give us an estimate for repair. The house was built in 2005/2006. The foundation is poured concrete.

We purchased our home a year ago and it has a pretty extensive basement system including sump pump, perimeter draining, and vapor barrier. With two dehumidifiers running constantly it is still very humid (often above 70%). In addition, we have noticed a couple of cracks on the exterior block foundation. We also dealt with many mice in the winter and they are already starting to come back in. We are unsure how to investigate our foundation with the barrier and would like assistance to find out what we need to do to find and fix any foundation and moisture problems.
