A homeowner was looking for a drainage system for his wet basement. He already owned a sump pump, but not all of the water was getting to this sump, so a proper solution, like this WaterGuard interior drainage system we installed, was the best way to collect all of the water seepage. Along with that, our TrenchDrain system was placed to surround this water heater so that surface water doesn't build up around here. By intercepting the water before it reaches the floor, we decreased the chances of mold growth and terrible odors. 

During heavy rains, water seeped into the basement through the fieldsone foundation. The customer needed a vapor barrier and waterproofing system to keep her basement dry all the time.

They decided pouring a new concrete floor would be a great benefit for the basement instead of the wooden floor. The wooden floor was torn up in preparation to pour the concrete. Also added to the walls was the CleanSpace vapor barrier to keep moisture out of the basement.
