For this Mendon, MA install, Waterguard was added around the basement to collect any water seeping in and leading that water to the sump system installed. The Waterguard sits below the floor's surface, with just a small bit visible if you look very closely. We jack up the floor for the install but then concrete over it for a nice and smooth finish. In this before and after, minus the wet new concrete, there isn’t really much of a visible difference. The drain is not an eyesore and won’t interfere or take up space in your basement.

This homeowner form Mendon, MA was not thrilled seeing water puddling in her basement. She was looking for a drainage system to connect to her existing sump and we were able to provide her with a full perimeter installation of WaterGuard drainage system. The crew made a trench on the inside perimeter to put the WaterGuard in, filled the rest of the trench with clean stone and covered it up with concrete! This customer from Mendon, MA had an industrial sized basement with plans of becoming the main hangout spot. We covered the walls with the thick polyethylene material to keep moisture out, which will benefit this customer because the chances of mold growth and humidity have decreased! 

This home in Hopedale, MA had a crawlspace that was allowing cold air to come in and make the floors chilly! Those cold floors were causing the owners to bump up the heating to compensate but the heating wasn't the problem, it was the space below the floor! With the combination of CleanSpace vapor barrier and SilverGlo insulation, the crawlspace could become a controlled environment and their heating bills wouldn't be taking the hit anymore! 

The wood below this floor was rotting away quickly in Hopedale, MA. There was so much humidity in the crawl space that the supporting wood structure began to deteriorate, effecting the floors stabilization above. Luckily, our team revived this floor and the crawl space under it by installing SmartJack floor support systems to raise the floor and stabilize it in place. Additionally, we fully wrapped up this crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier to prevent future humidity.
